Data Protection Document

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that your data will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of Wellbeing Solutions in order to enable you to participate in the personnel selection processes, organized by Wellbeing Solutions.

The answers to the questions posed during the process, as well as the results obtained through the technical and psychometric tests required in each selection process, will also be incorporated into the Wellbeing Solutions registry.

Your data will be transferred to the client companies in which you participate for a selection process and always for such purposes, in no case will the data be transferred to supplier companies, or client companies that do not generate the opening of a selection process for which has not been previously informed and in which it does not meet the requirements and its participation in it.

We inform you that Wellbeing Solutions will keep your data for as long as it deems necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, and may be stored in the database available for that purpose, for a period not exceeding 5 years. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you as the owner of the data may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms set forth in the current data protection legislation. Please, in case the information provided undergoes any modification, please notify us in writing to the address we have indicated.
